Important Information:
Customers are required to ensure correct delivery address, goods cannot be returned once sent. Before dispatching the goods which you bought, we may need to confirm your personal information with your issuer of payment/ issuing bank. Under normal circumstances, the delivery will be arranged within 7 working days after the confirmation of orders and receipt of payment. If customers confirm the order during the period of statutory public holidays, processing time of order may be more than 7 working days. After the goods are sent, we will send notification to customers by email. We will try our best to ensure that the packaging is safe and secure to protect the fragile goods. However, customers must bear the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during delivery.

Remarks:
-Customers, who choose to pick up at EF Locker, must go to the designated EF Locker within 24 hours. Otherwise the goods will be returned to us.
-For the goods returned to us, Customers should contact us in the "Seller and Customer Order Communication" column on the order page to confirm the way of receiving and bear the delivery charge for reshipment (by freight collect of SF Express). If Customers choose to visit our retailers to pick up the goods, they will not need to bear the delivery charge for reshipment.
-The delivery time (from the date of shipment) is based on the information provided by SF Express. In case of statutory holidays or bad weather, the actual delivery time may be postponed.
-Please provide the exact delivery address and telephone number. If the delivery is delayed or lost due to incomplete information, we are not responsible for it.
-Only one address can be sent per order.
