Return Policy

The return procedure shows as follows:

1.Retain all packaging materials, including original packaging, invoices and related gifts

2.Contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods and submit a return request

3.After confirming that the goods’ condition meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you the status of return application as soon as possible

4.Arrange a refund within 7 working days after the goods are returned

Remarks:If we fail to receive the goods within 7 days, we will reserve the right to cancel the return of the goods.

 

We have the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following cases:

1.The product is damaged, but there is no request of replacement when receiving the goods (applicable for pick-up at the retailers)

2.The customer's return request exceeds the return period

3.The product has been opened, used, or damaged for personal reasons

4.Customers have lost or provided incomplete shipping documents

5.The product is not provided by us

6.The product itself does not have quality problems

7.The product photo has a color difference with the actual product

 

*Customers should consider the shipping risk before purchasing. If there are any damages or loss during the delivery, Customers should bear the loss.

*If Customers cancel the order for personal reasons after payment, you will be charged 5% of the total amount of the order as refund handling charge!

(excluding product reservations, product reservations cannot be cancelled for any reason)
