Initial Charging: It is recommended to fully charge the portable battery before its first use to activate the battery’s optimal performance.
Adapter Selection: To achieve the 20W or above PD fast charging speed, please use a Power Delivery(PD) compatible wall charger and high-quality charging cables (such as the Hedonic Tough Pro Max series).
Multi-port Output: When using the USB-C port and the built-in cable simultaneously, the total output will be shared (Max. 5V/3A, 15W). Please note that charging speeds may vary based on the number of devices connected.
2. Environmental and Storage Limits
Water Damage Warning: Strictly prohibited from immersion in any liquid. If the product is accidentally dropped into water or shows signs of internal moisture, stop using it immediately to prevent short circuits or fire hazards.
Temperature Control: Operate the device within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. Avoid leaving the product in high-temperature environments (e.g., inside a car under directs un light) or extremely humid areas.
Long-term Storage: If not in use for an extended period, maintain the battery level at approximately 50% and store it in a cool, dry place. We recommend a full charge and discharge cycle every three months to maintain battery health.
